First introduced in Bonneville and Cascara, our Dual Magnet DD quickly became a fan-favorite. This latest iteration features an exciting new glass-pu diaphragm; with a glass speaker dome and polyurethane coating.

Precision Acoustic Engineering – Like a Starship in Your Ears

Inspired by extraterrestrial engineering, the Alien Brain’s internal architecture is built around Campfire’s signature Solid Body acoustic chamber, which integrates each component in a tightly controlled layout. Housed within are:

Glass-PU diaphragm Dual-Magnet DD
Two balanced armature drivers for midrange
Two T.A.E.C.-enhanced balanced armature drivers for high frequencies

All drivers are precisely aligned using Phase Harmony Engineering, Campfire’s proprietary system for phase and crossover optimization. This ensures seamless integration across the frequency spectrum—resulting in an expansive soundstage, pin-sharp imaging, and a tonal balance that is remarkably natural and coherent. Instrumental texture, especially in the mid and upper registers, is rendered with breathtaking clarity—allowing listeners to perceive both the musician’s intent and the physical instrument with life-like realism.

Alien Brain's precious cerebrum is firmly protected in a black PVD stainless steel shell made from full billet CNC capped off by our new, transparent, iridescent, lightweight dome lid, revealing the inner-workings of each neuron.
