Step 1
Please download the order form and color book for ordering reference and procedures

Step 2
After selecting the earphone model and the design, please fill in the order form and send to support@ect.com.hk. We will confirm the details, and reply in 2 working days.

*Please write Noble CM and your name in the email topic, e.g. “NOBLE CM – Damon Chan”
*Please specify the selected payment method and delivery method:
*Payment method: Paypal or Bank transfer
*Delivery method: 1. Self Pick Up at our service centre, or 2. Free Delivery (via local courier)
*Please provide your contact no. for order confirmation

Step 3
Upon receiving our confirmation, please email us the receipt after completing the payment. Order number will be issued after completing the payment.

Step 4
Please mail / bring the ear mold to the following address:
Unit 2-3, 8th Floor, Global Gateway Tower, 
63 Wing Hong Street, Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong
(Opening hours: Monday to Friday 0930 – 1830, close on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)

*If you would like to mail the ear mold to us, please ensure to use protective packaging material, and write “NOBLE CM production”, your order number and your name on the top of the box.
*If the ear mold is damaged in the mailing process, we will not be responsible for the lost caused
*If the ear mold is made in the designated service center, we can arrange pick up and no mailing of ear mold would be required.

Step 5
After receiving the mold, we will mail to the manufacturer in 3 working days

*CM earphone production lead time
1. Normal case: in around 40 working days (8 weeks)
2. Urgent case: in around 14-24 working days (Extra handling fee of $3200 is required)
*The above lead time is provided by the manufacturer as reference only, exactly time frame may slightly varies depending on the manufacturer

Step 6
After the CM earphone is ready, we will email the pick up notice to customer.
*If the customer found the CM earphone un-fit after obtaining the product, please contact us within 30 days and we can arrange 1-time re-fit of the CM earphone
**Note: if re-fit is required, customer has to further prepare another set of ear mold for production
