As the second masterpiece in the Dante Series, titled after the "Purgatorio" part of the Divine Comedy duo, it combines two carefully designed 21AWG high-purity dual-stranding OCC silver. It employs a unique dual geometry wire structure, woven with Dual-Shielded. Crafted with master-level wiring skills, it produces a sound with profound note weight and depth, while also providing mesmerizing musicality, rich and delicate emotion, as well as precise and three-dimensional sound imaging.

Dual full core design

The Divine Comedy - Purgatorio cable adopts a "Dual-Stranding" design, where each signal path (+/-) is transmitted through two high-efficiency 21AWG high-purity solid silver, balancing sonic performance across different frequency ranges.

Dual FlexiMax Insulation™

It retains a new dual-geometric wire weaving structure, mixing two different wire strands within the same core. The finer wire strands are mainly responsible for the high frequencies, while the thicker wire strands handle the mid and low frequencies. When the two achieve a balance, the high frequency extension will be enhanced while reducing low frequency attenuation, presenting a more three-dimensional spherical sound stage and spatial sense, with more prominent sound imaging and transparency.

Dual Shielded Structure

To achieve the targeted sound profile, the “Inferno” uses a unique blend of 2 types of prevailing audiophile high purity copper and is being shielded on 2 layers to allow pitch black background darkness and accentuate details in the forefront. The inner layer uses a fibre-ceramic shielding while the outermost layer, a OFC shielded net that rejects EMF

Cryo-Treatment

Eletech’s cable materials all undergoes a Cryogenic process that goes down to -195 to -196 Degrees Celsius. Usual Cryogenic processes requires the cooling to goes down to -190 Degrees for materials stabilization to take effect. The processes undergo a 3-Step process of “Ramp Down”, “Soak” and “Return to Ambient” over the course of a week to ensure materials stability and reduction of minerals and stresses.
