Constructing a Personal Meditation Space — D.C.A.C Dual Chamber Acoustic Coupler

To recreate the atmosphere of a personal meditation sanctuary, the Serenity is equipped with two 6mm nanomembrane planar drivers for high-resolution detail, and two 10mm DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) dynamic drivers to deliver wide dynamic range and impactful lows. Paired with four balanced armature drivers, the Serenity leads listeners on a deeply immersive and introspective sonic journey.

At the heart of this configuration lies Jomo Audio’s proprietary D.C.A.C dual-chamber structure, which arranges the planar and dynamic drivers in a mirror layout. This innovative coupling allows the drivers to work in tandem, producing lifelike textures and microdetails with remarkable coherence.

Each chamber is also equipped with a dedicated crossover tunnel system that not only prevents low-frequency masking but also improves separation and clarity across the spectrum. When combined with the four balanced armature drivers, this architecture brings out intricate vocal textures and instrumental definition with exceptional realism.

Using a precision grid of aerated acoustic vents, FlowMax™ maximizes air throughput for the D.C.A.C system, creating a vast and natural soundscape. The brass faceplate further reinforces the structural rigidity of the shell, effectively suppressing resonance and distortion, allowing for even purer sound reproduction.
