Since 2021, Eletech has been determined to thoroughly revamp the entire design of the headphone end system, aiming to develop an interchangeable earphone plug module that embodies durability, convenience, and flexibility, allowing users to easily swap IEM connectors anytime, anywhere. The Versa™ provides a flexible and diverse cable replacement option, offering a customized music experience for users, while redefining the seamless integration of convenience, flexibility, and precision for the industry.

Eletech VERSA™ offers an additional plug replacement service, with a fee of HKD $860 (including plug and labor costs), currently only providing MMCX/2Pin plug replacement services. 

*Plug replacement service is available for existing Eletech cable customers

*The replacement service takes about four weeks (depending on the actual situation), and customers will be notified immediately upon arrival.

*Pentaconn Ear connector components cannot be purchased separately and must be bought together with the VERSA™ interchangeable earphone connector module pack (except for Eletech cables that already have the Versa connector module installed).

*Users can bring their cables and the invoice from the designated distributor to the distributor or ECT Showroom to arrange the replacement.

*The cable length will change after replacing the Versa module.
